Introduction

Blaze Technologies Inc., doing business as SwiftLogix ("SwiftLogix", "we", "us", "our"), operates the swiftlogix.io website and provides software and hardware solutions for postal operators, couriers, eCommerce retailers, and logistics enterprises.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect about visitors to our website and prospective customers, how we use that information, who we share it with, and what rights you have over your data.

Enterprise customers who deploy the SwiftLogix platform are governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that takes precedence over this policy for their tenant and their end users.

02

Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to respond to your inquiries, operate the website, and improve our services. Specifically:

  • Contact information you provide through forms on the site, including name, work email, job title, company, country, phone number, and any message text.
  • Technical information captured automatically when you visit the site, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
  • Communications you send us directly via email or phone.
03

How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your demo requests, sales inquiries, and support questions.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
  • To send you information about SwiftLogix products, features, and events that may be relevant to your role — only if you have opted in or have an existing business relationship with us.
  • To protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access (including Cloudflare Turnstile bot verification on our forms).
  • To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests from authorities.
04

Lawful basis for processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data under the following lawful bases: (a) your consent, where you have given it for a specific purpose; (b) the performance of a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract; (c) compliance with a legal obligation; and (d) our legitimate interest in operating and promoting our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

05

Data sharing and third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following categories of third parties, under appropriate contractual and security controls:

  • Infrastructure providers, primarily Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts our website, runs our serverless compute (Workers), stores our databases (D1), and provides bot protection (Turnstile) and analytics.
  • Professional service providers such as legal counsel, auditors, and accountants, where required to operate our business.
  • Authorities and law enforcement, where we are required to disclose information to comply with a valid legal process or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
  • Acquirers or successors in the context of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case the receiving party will be bound by this Privacy Policy or an equivalent standard.
06

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Technical logs are retained for up to 90 days. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

07

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights over your personal data:

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • The right to request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal exceptions.
  • The right to restrict or object to processing.
  • The right to data portability in a common machine-readable format.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country.
08

Security

We protect personal information using industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews.

No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

09

International data transfers

SwiftLogix operates globally and your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer personal data out of the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

10

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or new features. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
