SortLogix · Automated Mail & Parcel Sorting
Industrial sorting, AI-aware throughput
Automated and semi-automated flat and parcel sorters for processing centers and distribution hubs. Throughput from 1,000 to 20,000 items per hour, integrated with PostLogix dispatch and tracking.
Throughput, accuracy, and adaptability
Scalable Throughput
Configurations from 1,000 items per hour for regional depots to 20,000+ for national mail centers. Modular chutes let you expand capacity without rebuilding.
Up to 20,000 items/hour
AI-Powered OCR
Multi-path OCR, barcode, and QR recognition with AI-based address parsing. Reads hand-written, damaged, and multi-language labels that break legacy sorters.
99%+ read rate
PostLogix Integration
Sort plans driven by live PostLogix dispatch, not static spreadsheets. Chute assignments change in real time as dispatches are opened and closed.
Dispatch-aware sorting
Real-Time Analytics
Throughput per minute, bottleneck detection, induction rate, reject rate, and chute utilization — all live on a control tower dashboard for supervisors.
Live bottleneck alerts
Modular sorting components, any line configuration
SortLogix is a modular system — pick the components you need for your volume and label quality, and we design the line around them. Every module talks to the same control tower and feeds PostLogix dispatch in real time.
DWS Module
Dimensioning · Weighing · Scanning
Inline system that captures length × width × height, weight, and barcode in a single pass at full conveyor speed. Enables dimensional-weight billing, automatic oversize flagging, and volumetric capacity planning downstream.
Throughput
Up to 7,200 items/hour
- Dimension accuracy ±5 mm
- Weight accuracy ±2 g (0–5 kg)
- Handles irregular shapes
- Cubic volume + billing code output
8-Side Scanner
Multi-camera read tunnel
Eight-camera tunnel captures every side of a parcel — top, bottom, four sides, plus two corner angles — for 100% first-pass read rate regardless of label orientation. Drops mis-reads close to zero in high-mix postal hubs.
Throughput
Up to 14,400 items/hour
- 8 cameras · 5 MP each
- 1D + 2D + QR + DataMatrix + PDF417
- Read distance up to 1 m
- 100% orientation-agnostic reads
Top Scanner
Overhead single-camera
Cost-effective overhead camera for lines where labels are reliably on top (e.g. pre-oriented domestic mail). Supports the same symbology set as the 8-side scanner but with a fraction of the hardware footprint.
Throughput
Up to 10,800 items/hour
- Single 5 MP+ camera
- 1D + 2D + QR + DataMatrix
- Top-face orientation assumed
- Lower cost entry point
Singulator
Gap-control belt system
Separates bunched items so only one passes downstream at a time — essential feeder for DWS, scanners, and sorters that need clean item-by-item separation. Adjustable belt speed and minimum gap enforcement.
Throughput
Up to 12,000 items/hour
- Belt speed 0.5–2.5 m/s (adjustable)
- Minimum gap 100 mm between items
- Handles flats, parcels, jiffy bags
- Required for cross-belt and tilt-tray sorters
Roller Sorter
Powered-roller divert line
Motorized-roller conveyor with pneumatic divert paddles or push arms. Up to 36 chutes per line with fast cycle time. Quieter and lower-maintenance than traditional belt sorters, ideal for 24/7 depot operation.
Throughput
Up to 9,000 items/hour
- Up to 36 destinations per line
- Items 50×50×20 mm to 800×600×500 mm
- < 70 dB sound level
- Modular chute expansion
UPU-Standard RFID
UHF bulk tag reader
Integrated UHF RFID reader array for bulk reading of UPU-standard RFID-tagged items, bags, and containers on the conveyor. Compliant with UPU S18-series tag data structures. Ideal for bag and container tracking in cross-border postal flows.
Throughput
200+ tags/second read rate
- 860–960 MHz UHF
- UPU S18 tag data structure
- Read range up to 1.5 m
- Multi-tag simultaneous read
Three pre-designed sorting lines
Pick a reference line based on your daily volume. Each is a tested combination of equipment from the lineup above — we also design bespoke lines if none of these match your footprint or throughput target.
